The Pepper Pad 3 is one of those interesting devices that is neither a PDA nor a fully fledged computer. We've reviewed a few similar devices in the past. Think of the Sony Vaio VGN-UX1XN or the miniature Windows-running OQO. The thing about these devices is that while they aren't PDAs, they offer an alternative to the PDA that might just fit the bill for some. The Pepper Pad 3 is a different matter. We think this could be a great handheld companion. not a substitute or an alternative, but an extra device.   → More
