In their review of the Very PC Green PC 940 BE base unit Computer Shopper awarded the product 4 out of 5 stars. The review can be found in issue (2/2008) of the magazine.
The base unit was put through its paces in the test labs of 3 magazines and, all in all, was fairly well received.
Under the microscope, the Very PC Green PC 940 BE was able to obtain its best score of 8 out of 10 points in the 9/2007 issue of TrustedReviews online magazine. Personal Computer World online magazine gave the product a score of "Good" (3 out of 5 Stars) in issue 9/2007, which was the lowest score it received.
