The flash-based MP3 player was tested in 8 different magazines and, all in all, was fairly well received.
The best review that the Samsung YP-K3 could rack up was "excellent" (5 out of 5 stars), which was given by What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision magazine in 7/2007. The Test Labs of Computer act!ve online magazine saw fit to give it a score of 3 out of 5 stars (review in issue 2/2007).
The Samsung YP-K3 was given further plaudits in the shape of; "Recommended" (Personal Computer World 6/2007).
