The Windows CE PDA or PocketPC was reviewed by 9 magazines with special attention paid to performance, and while not universally beloved, nevertheless managed an average score of C.
The Samsung Q1 scored highest in PDA Essentials & GPS Advisor magazine (59/2007) with an overall rating of 9 out of 10 points. The Test Labs of RegHardware online magazine saw fit to give it a score of 60% (review in issue 6/2006).
