The digital camera was put to the test in 5 magazines and, all in all, was fairly well received.
Its highest score of 85% came from What Digital Camera magazine which tested the Samsung i7 in their Awards/2007 issue. The Test Labs of MacWorld magazine saw fit to give it a score of 3 out of 5 stars (review in issue Expo/2007).
Another feather in the cap of the Samsung i7 is the award; "Recommended" (What Digital Camera Awards/2007) .
