At nearly three hundred pounds, the Razer Mako speakers really have to offer something special and with their 100W per channel and heavy-duty downfiring subwoofer they certainly deliver on the sound front. Unfortunately, there is no remote control supplied, leaving the temperamental touch-sensitive control pad as only way to adjust volume. PC Pro suggests a budget separates system may offer more options and value.

"... as expensive as most good 5.1 kits and it sounds almost as good. For fashion-forward audiophiles, it's well worth the money. But you might want to clear out your cluttered desktop and shag carpeting first."
