Despite its resolution, a few common cameraphone shortfalls blight the Viewty. Digital Photo magazine found the delay between pressing the shutter and taking the picture to be frustratingly long and as there is no optical zoom, getting closer to the action could present a problem. Still, for good snaps in a pinch, it is definitely a smartphone worth considering.

Rather than spend all your hard earned money money on the flashy iPhone have a look at the Viewty mobile phone from LG. It offers all the attractive features of the iPhone as well as a camera that surpasses the feeble 2MP camera on the iPhone. What Digital Camera Magazine explained that the camera's resolution on the Viewty is good enough to print A4 but it is still no substitute for the real thing.
