The Windows CE PDA or PocketPC was tested in 5 different magazines but was found lacking that special something, only managing an average score of C.
Under the microscope, the Hewlett-Packard iPaq 114 was able to obtain its best score of "Good" (6,5 out of 10 points) in the 1/2008 issue of CNET.co.uk online magazine. The Test Labs of TrustedReviews online magazine saw fit to give it a score of 6 out of 10 points (review in issue 12/2007).
