Product information and further reviews for Fax machines
Lexmark X500n MacWorld Expo/2007 - If you follow the printer market, you'll know that £250 is inexpensive for a colour laser multifunction printer (MFO). Your first impression of the Lexmark X500n, priced at £299, might therefore be that is must be mediocre. Don't be fooled.
Lexmark X500n Multifunction Colour Laser TrustedReviews 11/2007 - The rise of the multifunction laser printer is mimicking that of the ink-jet all-in-one a few years back. More and more of the main printer makers are adding multifunction devices to their range of mono and colour lasers. Lexmark's last launch event included the X500n, a SOHO machine offering the three key functions of printing, scanning and copying. The X502n is also available, if you need to add faxing into the mix.
Lexmark X500n colour laser multifunction printer PC Advisor 9/2007 - In testing, the X500n MFD (multifunction device) delivered solid results with its ability to print, scan, and copy. A large factor contributing to the X500n's affordability is its lack of a fax machine; fax capability is an increasingly common feature on laser MFDs. If your office already owns a standalone fax machine - and most offices do - you'll appreciate Lexmark's thoughtful way of making a powerful MFD more affordable. And if you actually do need a fax machine, Lexmark doesn't leave you in the dark: for around £100 more, you can purchase the X502n model, which offers built-in fax functionality in addition to all the features included in the X500n.
Xerox WorkCentre 4150V Preview TrustedReviews 5/2007 - Laser-based multi-function devices start at under £200, so to ask over £1,600 for one, there have to be substantial differences. Xerox’s WorkCentre 4150V P has quite a few of these, not least of which is its weight - a massive 50kg; this is a definite two-man lift and you'll want a substantial desk, or its own, optional, wheeled cabinet, to sit it on.
