"stunning all-rounder" (5 out of 5 stars)

"Yes, you can now find our Award-winning Blu-ray player for less than £100, which is frankly amazing. Not just capable of superb Blu-ray and DVD pictures, the S370 is surprisingly adept sonically too. ... it's a steal..."

"... The BDP-S370 responds much more quickly to commands than older players, due to the increased processing speed of its hardware. ... The BDP-S370's picture quality is super. We certainly had no concerns when watching our usual collection of movies. ... For the price, we honestly can't fault the Sony BDP-S370. It's quick to load discs, does a great job with interactive content, and offers on-demand video from BBC iPlayer, Demand Five and YouTube, among other services. We heartily recommend this little machine."

Not only Blu-ray media, the BDP-S370 can also play regular DVDs and Audio CDs. ... If you want to foray into the high-def world of home theatre entertainment, the Sony BDP-S370 Blu-ray Disc Player is a very good stepping stone."

"Best Buy"

"... If there's one criticism we can level at the S370, it's the small, rather dim display. ... in daylight, you'll need excellent eyesight to read it. However, aside from this small gripe, the S370 is an absolute bargain ... Great performance is paired with excellent internet services including BBC iPlayer. At this price, you can't ask for more."

"Pros: Awesome picture and sound. Speedy boot and load time. Acts as a media streamer, too.
Cons: No Wi-Fi. Ugly design. Remote feels cheap."

"Hot Product"

"It's difficult to not be impressed by the BDP-S370. ... the sheer range of entertainment options it offers make it a compelling choice, especially if you don't care about 3D. The IPTV features which can be a little gimmicky on some devices are really useful, especially being able to stream BBC HD through iPlayer. Overall, the DBP-S370 is a great player for the price and with the forthcoming DLNA update, you get even more for your money. We'd have liked straight UPnP support and Wi-Fi would have been a killer addition, but as it is, at this price, once connected the S370 is a very capable machine with bags of extras to keep you entertained."
