Extremely portable and lightweight, the Sennheiser headphones are a great but expensive choice of travel headphones. PC Advisor say that they produce excellent sound quality when the NoiseGard noise cancelling feature is used, but without it, sound is nothing special. They can be folded and are compact - the speakers are only 2.5cm in diameter, making the headphones very portable. |

"Editor's Choice" The only beef that MacWorld had with the PXC 250-IIs was their price, since elsewhere they are some of the lightest, more portable and best sounding headphones they've ever tested, easily earning an 'Editor's Choice' award. Their noise cancelling functionality is not only efficient, but it makes their sound quality comparable to that of much more expensive rivals too. |

Lightweight, well-built and comfortable to wear, the Expert Reviews team were delighted with the PXC 250-II, the new on-ear headphones from Sennheiser. There's some minor hissing from the (effective) noise-cancelling circuitry that is audible at low volumes, however the sound quality is brilliant and overall these headphones are more than worth their relatively high price. |
