Even though Scott's new Spark range for 2012 is a clear improvement over the previous generation thanks to its superb geometry and all the features that have been crammed into the frame, all the while keeping it feather light, BikeRadar had some reservations regarding the shock absorber, which in their opinion holds back the potential of these otherwise cracking machines. |

Sporting a new Nude 2 shock from DT Swiss that offers more control, and a RTC DNA damper, both of which can be controlled from the same TwinLoc remote, BikeRadar say that with the Spark, Scott's focus is on quality suspension. The adjustable geometry of the frame is further evidence of the bike's genuinely cutting-edge design. |
