Despite featuring a hefty list of features, the Samsung falls flat when it comes to navigating the UI and websites. PDA Essentials found the trackball to be badly implemented, meaning it took too much time to scroll down in websites and menus. Still, despite this, the SGH-i550 features solid performance, myriad multimedia options and GPS support which, at under two hundred pounds SIM-free, is no mean feat.
