3 out of 5 stars
If you require a unit for low volume printing and want to stick to a more affordable price point, the Samsung ML-2165W is compact sized option. PC Advisor say that it has a very minimal range of features and it is expensive to replace the toner. Although the printer driver is also very basic, it is well organised and smart. Texts are sharp but graphics can be a bit grainy. |

"Editor's Choice" The winner in Register Hardware's roundup, Samsung's ML-2165W, is a fantastic little machine that can connect wirelessly to an Android or Apple device and offers fabulous print quality. Speeds are par for the course and running costs are among the lowest in its range, although it's a tad slow and it lacks an Ethernet port. |

9 out of 10 points
Value for money: 9 out of 10 points, "Recommended" Even considering the small footprint size of the Samsung ML-2165W it retains plenty of functionality. Both text and graphics are well rendered, and it prints quite quickly. Trusted Reviews also note the ability to print straight from a mobile phone or tablet, though this can be a bit slow, and they were pleased to find that the cost of consumables were not excessive. |
