"Editor's Choice" Panasonic's Viera TX-P55VT30B certainly doesn't come cheap, but aside from that, CNET struggled to find anything else to complain about. For your money, you get fantastic Internet and media-streaming features, impressive audio, and brilliantly detailed 2D and 3D images that boast beautiful colours and excellent contrast. All in all, it's one of the best TVs money can currently buy. |

5 out of 5 points
Brilliantly built and delivering fantastic cinematic pictures on its 55in screen, TechRadar say the Panasonic TX-P55VT30B is the best plasma domestic TV they've seen yet. 3D performance is bright and free of crosstalk, colours and blacks are rich but subtle, and HD images are impressively sharp and well-detailed, but they would really appreciate a 3D picture preset. |

9 out of 10 points
Value for money: 8 out of 10 points, "Recommended" Not only does this superbly concieved television display stunning 3D images, but the 2D quality is also excellent. The Multimedia functions also impressed Trusted Reviews. There are some issues with 50Hz judder and images that are calibrated are not as bright as they could be. The price tag is also rather high, but since when did such quality and innovation come cheap? |

Opinions (36) for Panasonic Viera TX-P55VT30
Panasonic Viera VT30 (TX-P55VT30B) CNET.co.uk 8/2011 - Last year's VT20 range earned Panasonic many awards, so this year's updated VT30s certainly hold a lot of promise. The second largest in the range is the 55in, 3D-capable Viera TX-P55VT30B, but can it actually justify its £2,500-ish price tag?
Panasonic TX-P55VT30B TechRadar UK 6/2011 - They're certainly no stranger to trying out different sized screens, so perhaps we shouldn't be all that surprised that Panasonic have come up with the P55VT30, a 55in 3D-capable TV. But does size really matter?
Panasonic TX-P55VT30 TrustedReviews 6/2011 - Panasonic are probably feeling lonely on the plasma trail these days, as they seem to be the only brand still investing in R&D for their plasma devices while others are turning their entire attention to LCD technology. Some of the plasma screens being produced by Panasonic in Japan are on an incomprehensible scale.
