"Test Winner", "Best: Overall"

In a test against other camcorders, the Panasonic HDC-TM900 gave the best quality videos and came out as the T3 test winner. They do point out, however, that if you are interested in 3D it will cost you extra with this camcorder.

Wit the same 3MOS sensor and 12x optical zoom, but some new features, the TM900 doesn't see Panasonic take a huge step away from the TM700. But T3 point out that as the TM700 is widely considered to be one of the best camcorders around, that's by no means a bad thing. There's still plenty of manual control, and it's now 3D compatible, although the 3D lens adaptor is an added cost. Info: This product received the same score in this test most recent reviews in T3.

Value for money: "very good" (5 out of 6 stars), "A List", "Recommended"

PC Pro point out that the Panasonic HDC-TM 900 is the new version of the TM 700, which they thought was brilliant. This new model has some great improvements, which make it even more of a must-have. It now inludes 3D capability and a bigger, brighter, higher-res screen that makes filming a real pleasure. Images are noise-free and colours spot-on.
