5 out of 5 stars

Although Expert Reviews recommend waiting to see what efforts come from AMD before buying this card, they do say that die-hard gamers will find the Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 currently the best option. It offers great performance that exceeds all of Nvidia's alternatives, except the much higher priced GTX 580, and AMD's HD 6870, though cheaper, is in a different class.

4.5 out of 5 stars

The price of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 is quite appealing, although this will most likely rise once the board partners add their own spin to it. It achieves some good speeds whilst remaining cool and quiet thanks in part to the GTX 580 GPU architecture. Tech Radar say the only thing that detracts from this card is the cheap price of the twin GTX 460 1GB cards.

Without final score

Tom's Hardware believe that the Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 graphics card will be most useful to those who don't want to spend a fortune and only have space for one dual-slot card. It is speedier and cooler than the previous GTX 480. It delivers a strong performance, featuring the good stuff from the GTX 580 for $150 less spend.

"very good" (5 out of 6 stars)

Value for money: "good" (4 out of 6 stars), "Recommended"

Those looking for Nvidia's decent graphics speeds will find the Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 a bit more affordable than other options, but PC Pro still place it in the enthusiasts' card price range. The performance is not that far below the pricier GTX 580, but AMD offer a much cheaper, better value, if not as quick alternative.

Value for money: "recommended" (9 out of 10 points), "Excellence"

The GTX 570 is an amazing GPU that offers almost the same performance as its GTX 580 sibling at a fraction of the price. Bit-tech were impressed by its low power consumption, lack of heat and noise, and frame pushing rate compared to the previous generation of Fermi-based cards. Even if it's not the best for very memory-intensive games, it's hard to beat for sheer value for money.
