While not offering all the multimedia bells and whistles available on other satnavs, the Navigon 2110 Max is nevertheless a well made device with fast route calculations and the added benefit of Reality View Pro and Lane Assistant Pro for navigating tricky motorway junctions. PDA Essentials thought it offered good value for money for the quality it offered and good upgrade potential with a voucher for map updates included in the box.

Computer Act!ve found the Navigon 2110 Max to offer competent navigation without all the unnecessary extras of rivals. Gone were the Bluetooth connectivity and MP3 players and in was a stripped-down, easy to read screen with good directions and a few welcome extras such as TMC and Lane Assist surviving the cull.

The Navigon 7 software certainly makes life faster when using the 2110 MAX. CNet.co.uk thought the 2110 MAX still provides to be a great navigation experience with flexible upgrades at a competitive starting price.
