TechRadar consider the JVC DLA-X7 to be a home cinema projector at the top of its game. With dynamic and vivid images in both 2D and 3D and an outstanding level of calibration flexibility, this slickly designed machine is appropriate for high-quality uses and has been certified as such by leading professional bodies. The only minor issue is with the colour management. |

Value for money: 8 out of 10 points, "Recommended" TrustedReviews describes the JVC DLA-X7's performance as a huge surprise, saying that they weren't expecting such an impressive step-up in performance compared to the DLA-X3. However, now that they've seen its superior colour quality, excellent detail, and better 3D imagery, they can easily picture people heading to the store to pick up an X3, but walking out with an X7 instead. |

“very good”
“... A visual delight which makes a refreshing change from the comparatively artificial picture you get with 3D TVs. “very good” (82%)
Value for money: “very good”, “Highlight”, “Innovation” “The JVC DLA-X7 finally allows you to have that real 3D cinema experience in your home. It delivers both 2D and 3D images with an unbelievable level of contrast, rich colours and a crystal clear display. Magnificent. The only thing you need now is a whole load of Blu rays in your cabinet.” |

JVC DLA-X7 TrustedReviews 2/2011 - Before we get stuck into JVC’s DLA-X7 projector, we really feel compelled to say that we were perhaps a bit harsh on the 3D capabilities of the brand’s DLA-X3 entry-level model when we reviewed it a couple of weeks back. We’ve actually continued to use the X3 a lot since the review went live, and the longer we’ve spent with it, the less its 3D crosstalk issues have bothered us.
