For the HP's price you would expect to see a few improvements over the standard specification offered by most other netbooks and happily, the 2133 doesn't disappoint. The screen's resolution is high and it delivers clear, sharp images and the keyboard is well designed and easy on the hand. However, its performance wasn't as good as the latest raft of Atom-powered netbooks and Personal Computer World found that without a better core spec, they couldn't recommend it.

The 2133 is a very likable machine. It looks and sounds the part but CNet.co.uk thought it was let down by too many little problems. Problems with screen reflection means it can not be taken everywhere and the price is still not as affordable as the Asus Eee PC.
