Single test 		"average" (3 out of 5 stars)
An enviably stark design with solid sound as an appropriate companion, Harman/Kardon's AVR 355 lacks somewhat with clarity and is a touch bright though the bass throws a rattling punch. Slim on HDMI inputs, but with iPod dock included, against cheaper multichannel amplifiers it doesn't measure up.
