The Stylus Photo PX730WD is not a good all-rounder, producing simply decent prints on normal paper, but its main focus is on photo printing, and it's here that it excels. The quality of its scans wowed Computer Act!ve with their sharpness and detail, and its prints were stunning both with colour and b&w photos. It's expensive to run, but worth it if you want the very best quality. |

Value for money: 4 out of 5 points, "Highly Commended" The Epson Stylus Photo PX730WD multifunctional unit features high quality printing, as well as scan and copy functions. It supports Wi-Fi and PC-free printing, as you can print from smartphones and tablets. The single input tray holds up to 120 sheets and there is an integrated duplexing unit. GadgetSpeak think that this all in one offers a lot more than many of its rivals. |

The Epson Stylus Photo PX730WD is easy to set up though it's quite big for a desktop unit. It uses Claria Photographic Ink for nuanced colour printing which isn't cheap. It has a solid build and print quality is high, with natural looking results when printing your photographs, and colour can be a bit dull when using the scanner but B&W is sharp. It's reasonably quiet when in use. |

"Best Buy" For day-to-day office tasks, there are better multi-function devices than the Epson Stylus Photo PX730WD on the market. It is an excellent choice however, according to Expert Reviews, if you require the best quality scans or photo prints possible. The full dynamic range of the original is preserved when scanning. Also, running costs are low, making it a valid 'Best Buy' award winner. |
