Value for money: 5 out of 5 stars, "Group Test Winner" Hi-Fi Choice said that the music produced by the Cambridge Audio Azur 650BD was really effervescent and engaging, with acute attention to detail and a lovely musicality. It could take improvement on imaging and sound is perhaps slightly bright of neutral. Compatibility with other parts of your system is a non-issue with this CD Player and this goes for the features too. |

"Outstanding Product" "You don't get the ultimate bottom-end punch or sense of scale rendered by some rivals, but for a tenth the price the 650BD provides a perfectly 'wholesome' and craftily-balanced alternative without serious flaw in any key area of performance. In this age of increasing belt-tightening, Cambridge is offering a couple of extra holes - so what are you waiting for?" |

“The Blu-ray player Azur 650BD by Cambridge Audio doesn’t only have a high-quality look, it also offers excellent image and sound quality. It also supports many disc formats and plays files from USB flash drives. But despite the existing Ethernet connection, DLNA streaming is missing. Nonetheless, the 650BD is definitely among the best devices on the market.” |

Cambridge Audio Azur 650BD: High-end player with great picture and sound quality CNET.de 6/2010 - Why spend more than 500 Euros on a Blu-ray player, if there are already devices on the market for around 150 Euros which play discs in high quality, which improve the DVD picture through an upscaler, which play back files from USB flash drives and which are capable of network streaming?
