The Ultra Distance is a fixed-length pole and weighs only 130g, making it very lightweight. As it's foldable, it can easily be stored in your bag. It features a carbon fibre shaft, a comfortably shaped foam handle and there's a wrist strap, for increased security, but Outdoor Photography noted that, unlike standard poles, the tip is small and easily gets trapped between rocks.
