4 out of 5 stars
The Shinobi case isn't as good as it could be for cooling, and the plastic used to make the tool-free drive bays is poor quality, and they're a pain to fit. It is a very handsome case though that makes it nice and simple to build a PC with. Expert Reviews declared it to be fantastic for the price, and if cooling is an issue, it allows for a further four 120mm fans or water cooling loop. |

"average" (64%)
Value for money: 16 out of 20 points Despite its plain design, the Shinobi actually looks pretty good thanks to its elegant SofTouch coating. Its entry-level price means it lacks some features, but it's well laid out and it has very good sound isolation capabilities. Unfortunately, Bit-tech noticed that its cooling capabilities out of the box are poor, and said that Antec's 100 is still the budget case to go for. |

"very good" (5 out of 6 stars)
Value for money: "excellent" (6 out of 6 stars), "Recommended" The only things the Shinobi is missing are USB 3.0 ports and somewhat firmer side panels, but that aside, it's a great budget buy according to PC Pro. It has ample cooling options and enough room to accomodate almost any graphics card, although some builds will make it feel a bit cramped. Thanks to its affordable price, this beats the Antec 300 as the budget case to go for. |
