"... In terms of home cinema sizzle, this is easily the best unit here. The TI DarkChip 2 DLP processor and dynamic iris combine to enable both best black levels and the most fluent, natural and saturated colours. Factor in the full 1,080p res and 10,000:1 contrast ratio and you have eye-popping visuals. ..." |

Magazine 8/2008 4 products tested |
"very good" (4 out of 5 stars)
The most eye-catching of the bunch, in terms of size and specs, this Full HD projector from BenQ produces fantastic picture quality, with sharp, detailed images. What Hi-Fi? warns, however, that the consumer should consider whether the W5000 is suitable for them - the price is rather hefty, and the long-throw lens isn't well suited to small rooms. |
