Value for money: 8 out of 10 stars "... it missed quite a few viruses. It's disappointing that you won't be fully protected on the web. ... you have a wide range of predefined scans to choose from and a custom one. There are lots of settings to tweak if you're an expert. AVG Free offers more features, and AntiVir doesn't flag Google results as safe/unsafe for example, so sadly it's not recommended." |

ExpertReviews commented that the latest version of this software performs much better than last year's, though they say they still can't recommend it. While it features a much improved user-interface and performed better in their tests, reviewers felt that it's still outmatched by other antivirus programs, one of which is also available for free. |
