5 out of 5 stars
"Best Buy" ExpertReviews loved the AMD Radeon HD 6950 1GB, and in fact, going by how well it does on current games, they think it's the best graphics card currently available within the mid-price range. Because it's so easy to overclock, it can perform noticeably quicker than its Nvidia competition. Until further tests, they don't see a reason to buy the 2GB version over the 1GB either. |

"favoured" (8 out of 10 points)
Value for money: "favoured" (8 out of 10 points) Bit-tech view the Radeon HD 6950 1GB as being in direct competition with the GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1 GB, and on this level they say it fares OK but doesn't perform quite as its rival. During testing it was beaten on all but one game they tried. They think it is probably the best card that AMD currently offer, however. |
