"... E-TEN has hit a lot of sweet spots with the M800. We aren't sure we like the 2.5mm headset jack or the touch buttons, but in terms of software extras and hardware capabilities, this is a whole of PDA."

"We are impressed with the range of functions and capabilities E-TEN has built into the Glofiish M800. However, the touch-sensitive buttons on the front are a serious design error, as they interfere with usability to the point of annoyance."

"... although things start out well for the M800, the more practical aspects of the phone's design brings it down to earth with a solid, uncomfortable bump. It may have the better screen, excellent call quality, a faster processor and nice design, but the controls are awful and the keyboard isn't good enough to make up for these faults."
